WARRANTY
We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:
1. We provide a 3 year warranty to all products. The warranty is not valid in case of improper use.
2. If in case our products are defective within the period of our warranty, then you can send the product back for replacement or refund.
3. If you have purchased the wrong product then you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and will be charged an additional reasonable fee to cover the cost of sending the product to you. The product must be sent back to us in a salesable condition or no refund can be provided.
4. Please do not send any product back to us before you contact us first, 1 or 2 business day after we get your request. We will provide an advice for the problem before giving you the address and issue RMA number to return.
Note: Due to the nature of the products that we sell, it is not always clear whether the fault is in the laptop itself or the accessory. Because of that, we reserve the right to test the product before authorising refund/replacement. If the product is confirmed faulty we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.

How do I request refund / request replacement / return goods to you?
1. Sending items back is easy. Please read our warranty & return policy carefully before you request a RMA number.
2. Please click here go to our email support request a RMA number, we will issue and email you RMA number together with return instructions 1 or 2 business day after we get your request. With that number clearly written on your package box, you can ship your item back to us.
